EV Container Corporation Return Policy

EV Container Corporation stands firmly behind the performance of our products that have all undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet or exceed the requirements of the brewing industry.

If your product isn’t working properly, please check the product manual for troubleshooting steps. If you need additional help with troubleshooting, contact us .

 Product Returns You can return any unused product in a new condition. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Refunds are applicable for the returned product only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Liners returned outside of their original packaging are not refundable.

Shipping: It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange return shipping.

 Transit Time Refunds are typically received within 2 – 3 weeks from the time that you ship them. Once we receive your return at our facility, the product will be inspected to ensure it is in new condition, please allow 10 business days for it to process.

Notification of Return Once your return is processed we’ll send an email to notify you.

Return Shipping Damage. EV Container Corporation will not refund product that has been damaged during the return shipping process.

Returned product needs to be packaged securely to ensure they are adequately protected from any shipping damage.

Should any product be damaged in shipping, a damage assessment will be sent to the customer with a cost and time for reworking the product back to a new saleable condition.

It is up to the customer to process any insurance claims against the shipping company.

Defective Product Exchange

If you received a product that is defective we will exchange the product if it has been assessed that the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return of the defective/damaged product will be arranged at the time of contact with our customer service department.

EV Container Corporation will not be responsible for damaged product due to shipping for any orders that were contracted F.O.B. at time of purchase.

If the customer receives product that has been damaged in the shipping process EV Container Corporation will assist with any claims the customer has with the shipper.

Credit Card Refunds A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
