EV Container Corporation stands firmly behind the performance of our products that have all undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet or exceed the requirements of the brewing industry.

If your product isn’t working properly, please check the product manual for troubleshooting steps. If you need additional help with troubleshooting, contact us or call us at 415-460-5341 for assistance.

 Warranty Returns Any defective products that are returned within 18 months of the original ship date will be replaced by EV Container Corporation under the conditions outlined below.

Please contact our customer service department before returning any defective product for analysis.

 Failure Analysis EV Container Corporation reserves the right to conduct a failure analysis at our facility or onsite at the customer premises to determine the cause of the failure or defect prior to replacing any product.

If it is determined that our product had a manufacturing defect(s) or failed to perform to the requirements outlined in our product specifications, the product will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

 Failure to Follow Our Operating Procedures EV Container Corporation will not be held responsible for product that was damaged due to inappropriate operation, storage, or handling that is outside the limits and recommendations stated in our standard operating and safety procedures.

In such cases, the customer will be charged for repairs that are necessary to bring the product back to full conformity and for return shipping.

Refund for Failed Product

Refunds will not be offered for failed product unless after exhaustive research into the cause of any failed product the failure is unable to be corrected.

Refunds will be limited to the cost of the product only and not include other expenses such shipping or lost profits.
